How do i buy a ticket on tzkrti?
Just head to tzkrti.com, find the event you love, and follow the steps to book your ticket. You’ll get your e-ticket by email once the payment is complete.
What is an electronic ticket and how do i use it?
It’s your digital entry pass. Every e-ticket has a unique QR code that is scanned at the event entrance. Show it on your phone or print it, both work at the door.
i didn’t receive my ticket, what should i do?
Check your spam or promotions folder. Still nothing? Email us at [email protected] and we’ll sort it out.

what payment methods are accepted on tzkrti?
We accept major credit, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal, and other local methods depending on your region. All transactions are processed securely to ensure your information’s safety.
Can i get a refund if i can’t attend?
All sales are final within 7 days before the event. Refunds are only issued if the event is canceled or rescheduled. Check our Terms of Use for more info.
Note: A cancellation fee applies, as per the Consumer Protection Law.

My otp isn’t working, what can i do?

If you’re new to Tzkrti, fill out the {Organize an Event form}. Once approved, you’ll get access to your own account to create and manage your events directly. Once your event is published, attendees can purchase tickets directly through our website.
can i create events by myself?
Yes! If you’re an approved organizer, you can now create and publish your event without needing to call or email. Just log into your account and follow the new event flow.
what kind of events can i list?
Concerts, festivals, workshops, lectures, theater performances, screenings, and more. We don’t allow content that’s discriminatory, illegal, or harmful. We reserve the right to remove any events that violate our terms or applicable laws.
can i customize my tickets (tiers, prices, seating)?
Absolutely. You can create Early Bird, Tiered Pricing, or even upload your own seating map. Our system supports sequential ticket release too, so you can set it and let it flow.
